This crucial step in the process is how we make sure that our services will fit your needs. This saves you time and ultimately money. We take these calls as they come in, but if you miss us, leave a message with all of your contact information, and we’ll get back to you within 24 business hours.
Basic Diagnosis
$75
Our goal is to make this entry level service cover 80% of our clients. In other words, we want most of our calls to start and end with a basic diagnosis. Our expertise and resources are what allow us to deliver you maximum value in a minimal amount of time, because as they say, “Time is money!”
Tier 2 Diagnosis
$75 (in addition to basic)
We understand that not every client will be so lucky as to only need a basic diagnostic. In the event that your problem might be more complex than our basic service allows for, we’ve still got you covered. Were not afraid to get our hands dirty and keep on the trail of that pesky predicament. We also include a 50% mileage discount on subsequent trips
Tier 3 Diagnosis
$150 (in addition to basic & Tier 2)
We strive to make sure that less than 5% of our customers ever have to make use of a tier 3 diagnostic service. If your problem grows claws and teeth with no end in sight, don’t worry we’ve STILL got you covered. A tier 3 diagnostic can only end one of two ways, we either find the problem so you can fix it, or we refund you for all but the basic diagnostic, including travel mileage on trips subsequent to the basic diagnosis!
Repair Work

We offer certain repair work on a case-by-case basis. If you suspect you need repair work, start by scheduling a free consult, and we’ll take it from there.
